摘要
高频大功率场合常用三相四线PFC整流,在SCR缓启动过程和PFC开启的过程中,如果控制不好常常会产生大的电流冲击,以至于使功率器件损坏或误动作。本文对缓启动过程产生冲击的原因进行分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。
The PFC rectifier with three-phase four-wire system is commonly applied in high frequency and condition. When SCR is softly started and PFC is switched on, the rectifier can generate huge current shock high power if it is not well-controlled, resulting in the damage of power device or malfunction. This article analyzes reasons that lead to current shock during soft start and provides relevant solutions
