增强增韧PA6复合材料共混工艺与结构性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究共混挤出温度、螺杆转速、螺杆组合三大因素对增强增韧PA6复合材料的结构与性能的影响。发现采用合适的挤出温度、螺杆转速及螺杆组合可制备高强度、高韧性PA6复合材料,其缺口冲击强度可达35 kJ/m2,拉伸强度达到130 MPa。 The influences of extruding temperature, screw rotate speed and screw combination on the structure and property of the composite were studied. The research indicated that excellent performace nylon 6 composite could be prepared with optimized extru- ding temperature, screw rotate speed and screw combination. Its charpy notched impact strength on room temperature was 35 kJ/m2 , meanwhile, the tensile strength reached 130 MPa.
