摘要
以汽车后保险杠为例,在充分掌握注塑经验的基础上,利用计算机辅助工程分析(CAE)的手段,建立汽车后保险杠3种注塑方案,分析不同方案对于注塑结果的影响,从而对比出较优的注塑方案。将模拟较优的数据用于实际模具设计及注塑生产,试模结果与模拟结果高度吻合,从而为此类问题提供了一种可行的借鉴。
Taking the rear bumper as an example, based on a full knowledge of the runner system and by employing the CAE technology, three molding plans of the runner system were established to analyze their respective impact on the molding results, hence the best plan would reveal itself. After applying the better simulation data to actual mold design and molding, the results showed a high degree of agreement with the simulation, and the method provided a feasible reference for similar problems.
