摘要
随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,跨区域开发已经成为房地产领域新型竞争环境的主要特征。通过建立影响房地产区域市场投资竞争潜力的评价指标,运用灰色关联法模型进行评价,以期得出具有投资竞争潜力的房地产区域市场,从而为房地产投资者选择合适的投资区域提供有益参考和为政府相关部门实施宏观调控提供依据。
With the development of the society, the real estate industry of crossregion has become an important character in competitive market of real estate, assessment index which affects the Investments Competence in Regional Real Estate Market will be demonstrated. Then the model based on Grey Interrelated method is applied, with which we can deduce the most competitive real estate market. By the method above mentioned some suggestions which is given to the investors in real estate and the government are proposed.
