基于知识共享的跨国公司母子公司之间有效知识转移已成为跨国公司构建核心竞争优势的重要途径。从管理知识转移方(母公司)——转移渠道——管理知识接收方(子公司)的管理知识转移过程视角,在将管理知识界定为"刚性管理知识"与"柔性管理知识"的基础上,对影响母子公司之间管理知识转移的制度距离、文化差异、母公司的转移意愿、转移渠道的丰富性、子公司的吸收能力等因素进行了分析,提出了促进跨国公司母子公司之间管理知识有效转移的对策机制。
