摘要 家养动物的营养代谢与其生长性能、产品品质和排泄物的数量及成分密切相关。营养组学整合了基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学和微生物组学的研究方法,在家养动物营养代谢研究中具有传统营养研究方法无法比拟的优点。应用营养组学研究体系改善家养动物的生长性能和产品品质,有利于家养动物养殖业健康持续发展。本文就营养组学研究体系及其在家养动物的应用作一阐述。 Nutritional metabolism of domestic animals is close related to growth performance, product quality and faecal amount and composition. Nutritionics integrate the research methods of genomics, transcriptionics, proteomics, metabolismics and microorganismics. Compared with traditional nutritional research methods, nutritionics has many merits in study process of nutritional metabolism of domestic animals. The research system of nutritionics was applied on domestic animals to improve its growth performance and product quality. This article explains nutritionomics research system and application on domestic animals.
