山西白猪三元杂交组合肥育性能和胴体及肉质性状的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验选择杜×大山和大×杜山两个三元杂交组合各36头,对其生长肥育性能、胴体品质和肉质性状进行研究。结果表明:试验期,杜×大山与大×杜山平均日增重均高于纯种山西白猪(山×山)(P<0.01),杜×大山平均日增重最高,为839.01g,显著高于大×杜山(P<0.01)。饲料转化率,大×杜山与杜×大山均高于山×山(P<0.01);两个三元杂交组合体重达100kg日龄均低于山×山(P<0.01)。眼肌面积:大×杜山为52.75cm2,极高于杜×大山与山×山。瘦肉率分别为:大×杜山66.92%,杜×大山66.24%,均显著高于山×山(P<0.01)。肌内脂类含量,两个三元杂交组合均达到6%以上。因此,山西白猪三元杂交组合均表现出较高的生长肥育性能以及优良的胴体品质及肉质性状。 Thirty-six D(LS) and thirty-six L(DS) of three-way crossbred swines were selected to study finishing performance,carcass and meat quality. The results showed that average daily gain (ADG)of D (LS) and L(DS) were significantly higher than Shanxi White( P 〈 0.01 ), ADG of D(LS) was 839.01g and significantly higher than L(DS) ( P 〈 0.01 ) o Feed conversion rate of D(LS) and L(DS) obviously surpassed Shanxi White( P 〈 0.01 ). Age of 100kg body weight of D(LS) and L(DS) were significantly lower than Shanxi White( P 〈 0. 01 ). Eye muscle area of L(DS) was 52. 75cm2 and obviously surpassed D (LS) and Shanxi White. Lean percentage of L(DS) and D(LS) were 66.92% and 66. 24% respectively and higher than Shanxi White( P 〈 0.01 ). Intramuscular fat content(IMF) of L(DS) and D(LS) were over 6%. It indicated that Shanxi White three-way crossbred combinations have high finishing performance and excellent carcass and meat quality.
