植酸酶对肉鸭屠宰性能及血清学指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验选用600只樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为5组,分别为I组(正对照组,饲喂基础日粮),Ⅱ组(负对照组,有效磷水平降低,未添加植酸酶),III组(负对照+500U/kg植酸酶),IV组(负对照+1000U/kg植酸酶)及Ⅴ组(负对照+10 000U/kg植酸酶),每组6个重复,研究植酸酶对肉鸭屠宰性能及血清学指标的影响。结果表明:(1)与负对照Ⅱ组相比,Ⅳ组21日龄肉鸭血清BUN及42日龄UA水平分别降低41.74%与7.92%,而Ⅳ、Ⅴ组42日龄肉鸭的TP含量分别提高15.55%和15.45%(P<0.05);(2)与Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组屠宰率、半净膛重、全净膛重、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均有提高趋势(P>0.05);(3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组21日龄肉鸭肝脏重显著提高17.60%(P<0.05);Ⅱ组42日龄肉鸭肝脏指数分别比Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组提高25.71%、26.02%和29.04%(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加植酸酶可不同程度提高肉鸭蛋白沉积,促进器官发育,提高屠宰性能,以1000U/kg添加水平效果最佳。 The trial was conducted to determine the effects of phytase on the plasma indexes and slaughter performance in meat-strain ducks. Six hundred healthy ducklings of 1-day-old were randomly divided into five groups with six replicates and twenty ducks in each replicate. The dietary treatments were as follows: Ⅰ) Basic diet without phytase as positive control group; Ⅱ) Basic diet with reduced total P (TP) as negative control group; Ⅲ) Diet Ⅱ plus 500 phytase U/kg of diet; Ⅳ) Diet Ⅱ plus 1000 phytase U/kg of diet; Ⅴ) Diet Ⅱ plus 10,000 phytase U/kg of diet. The results showed that: (1) BUN of 21d meat-strain ducks and UA of 42d contents in group IV were significantly decreased compared with group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 05 ); TP level of 42d in group Ⅳ and V was significantly increased by 15.55% and 15.45% respectively compared to that in group Ⅱ. (2) Compared with group Ⅱ, the slaughter performance of meatstrain ducks in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were all improved ( P 〉 0.05 ). (3) At 21d, the weight of liver in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ, while at 42d, the liver indexes of ducks in group Ⅰ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ were notably decreased compared with group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.05 ). Thus, phytase supplemented in the pellet diets of duck could improve the plasma indexes and slaughter performance, and it had the best effects at the dosage of 1000U/kg.
