摘要 丁酸钠广泛应用于食品、医药、化工、化妆品、饲料、养殖等行业,是我国允许使用的饲料添加剂品种之一,其有效成分是一种短链脂肪酸—丁酸。本文就丁酸钠对动物胃肠道菌群的影响、胃肠道细胞的作用、对生产性能的影响等方面作一综述。 Sodium butyrate was widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, feed and farming industries,and one of the permited feed additive in China, its active ingredient is a short-chain fatty aeids--butyrate. This paper reviewed the functions of sodium butyrate to the animals gastrointestinal tract microorganism, gastrointestinal tract cells, the performance.
