养猪不造成环境污染思路探讨

The Ways for Pig Production without Environmental Pollution

畜禽饲养场是目前城郊农村环境污染源之一,但不能把养猪等同于环境污染,如何解决这一矛盾,本文提出5条思路:选择以非规模化养殖方式为主,严格控制和适当压缩规模化养殖;非饮用水源保护区的猪场,可按"生态还田型"和"生态还田综合利用型"环保工程进行改建;探索种植业与养殖业相结合,走生态循环农业之路,择机重建一些养殖场;在作物秸秆过剩、农田较少、道路比较方便的郊区可适当提倡用秸秆作垫料养猪;推行零排放、无污染发酵床养猪技术。

Livestock farm is one source of environmental pollution in suburban countryside; however, it is not considered that pig production is equal to environmental pollution. In this paper, five developing ways are put forward to solve this problem： Strictly control and moderate compress the intensive livestock farm by select the non-intensive production; Rebuild some pig farms in accordance with the environmental protection project of ecological returning to fields or multipurpose use from ecological return to field for pig farm in non-potable water source protection areas; Explore a way of ecological recycling agriculture combining farming production and breeding production and rebuild some pig farms; Encourage to use straw as pig bedding in suburb with redundant straw, lesser cropland and convenient roads; Implement the biological fermentation bed Pig farming technology with zero emission and pollution-free.
