摘要
面对日益严峻的能源危机,如何降低建筑能耗已成各国所面临的最重要问题之一。本文以某公司办公楼(品管楼)为研究对象,详细分析了该建筑进行的各项节能改造工艺,其中包括在屋面铺设厚度100 mm的挤塑板、在外墙覆盖150 mm的聚苯板进行保温隔热,采用三层玻璃塑框窗代替原有的铝合金单层玻璃窗,并进行智能外遮阳等,同时对该建筑空调系统进行改造。从改造及运行结果可以看出该施工工艺简单,质量可靠,便于在国内外大力推广应用。
Facing increasingly severe energy crisis, how to reduce the building energy consumption is one of the most important problem. In this paper, the detailed construction processes of an office building were recommended. In the course of the building energy saving, the thickness of 100 mm extrusion sheet was paved in the roof of the building, and 150 mm polystyrene sheet adhibited out of the outside wall, using the three-layer-glass window with plastic frame to replace the original single-layer glass window with aluminum alloy frame. At the same time, the intellectually external sunshade is used, and the air condition system also was changed. It could be seen from the reform course and the working result, the technique was simple, the quality was credibility, and it was very easy to promote at home and abroad.
