摘要 在商用CFD软件Fluent的基础上,采用Visual Basic语言对U型地埋管流动换热数值模拟软件进行了二次开发。考虑U型地埋管换热器的几何参数、网格生成、单值性条件以及材料物性等因素的影响,利用Gambit2.3.16和Fluent 6.3.26,实现了地埋管换热器数值模拟软件的前处理和计算的全过程。利用开发的软件对中关村国际商城地源热泵项目进行了计算,计算结果表明该软件能够较好地应用于实际工程。 On the basis of Fluent, the commercial CFD software, the numerical simulation software for flow and heat exchange in vertical U-tube underground heat exchanger was further developed using Visual Basic language. Taking the effect of geometric parameters, grids generation, single-value factor and material properties into account, a complete process of numerical simulation preprocessing and calculation on vertical U-tube ground heat exchanger was achieved using Gambit 2.3.16 and Fluent 6.3.26. This further developed software was used to simulate the heat exchange of ground source heat pump of the Zhong Guan Chun International Mall project. The numerical results indicate that this software can be preferable applied to real projects.
