用表型性状研究寒地早粳品种(品系)的遗传多样性 被引量:4

Genetic Diversity of Early Japonica Rice Varieties Based on Phenotypic Characteristics in Cold Region

摘要 为正确评估水稻品种(系)遗传多样性和亲本选配,以黑龙江省选育的品种(系)80份为材料,分析7个表型性状的变异系数、遗传指数。结果表明:株高、穗长、产量年际间、地区间变化大,易受环境的影响。结实率年际间、地区间变化小,受环境影响小。Nei’s遗传多样性(h)与Shannon多样性指数(I)呈正相关,Shannon多样性指数(I)在0.5753~1.0630之间,平均0.7335,且年际间、地区间有变化,与环境互作有关。聚类分析结果表明,所有供试材料在0.51遗传距离水平上,大致可分成3大类,绝大多数供试品种(系)都聚在同一类。 Coefficient of variation and Shannon diversity index of 80 early Japonica rice varieties based on seven phenotypic characteristics were analyzed to evaluate the genetic diversity in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that plant height, panicle length and yield had been influenced by the environmental factors compared in different places and years. Seed-setting rate was contrary. Nei's genetic diversity (h) and Shannon diversity index (I) were positively correlated. Shannon diversity index (I) in the 0.5753-1.0630, averaging 0.7335, was relevant with environment interaction to cause the difference of place and year. UPGMA clustering results showed that all test materials for the genetic distance in the 0.51 level can be categorized into 3 major categories. The majority varieties (lines) were gathered in the same category.
