刍议商业银行产品研发的策略选择和路径实现 被引量:1

摘要 商业银行已经进入到产品竞争的时代,产品决定核心竞争力、产品决定成长的持续性、产品决定银行价值的高低。商业银行应根据自身的战略愿景、发展阶段、市场份额、产品特点等实际情况,把已有或者将有的产品进行分类,以能否提升银行整体价值为标准,选择相应的产品研发策略,并根据最新变化实现所选策略的动态平衡。在做实同业研究的基础上,商业银行要紧紧把握产品研发的制度创新和机制创新,合理配置各种资源,科学规划产品实现路径,构建完备的数据仓库和产品仓库,从而保证分层产品研发策略的落地实现。 Commercial banks have entered product competitive era in which the product determines the core competitiveness, its growth sustainability and the level of banks' value. Commercial banks should classify the products based on the actual situation of its own strategic mission, development stage, market shares and product characteristics, select the appropriate product development strategy according to the bank whether enhance the overall value as the standard and achieve dynamic balance in accordance with the latest changes of selected strategy. Commercial banks should grasp tightly institutional innovation and mechanism innovation of product development, allocate resources rationally, plan the way of product realization scientifically, build comprehensive data warehouse and product storage, ensure the layered product R & D strategy realization step by step based on real research of the same industry.
