Wang Yunming's Clinical Experience in Treating Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility

王云铭认为排卵功能障碍性不孕症的主要病机是肾阴阳两虚、血瘀,治疗采用分期辨治法。经期以温经活血、理气通滞;经净后以填补精血、温肾助阳,佐以活血,应用九六斑龙汤激发和诱导排卵,续用中成药疏肝、健脾及固肾培元,并重视"移精变气"在治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症中的作用。

Professor Wang Yunming considers that the main pathogenesis of ovulatory dysfunction infertility is the deficiency of both kidney-yin and kidney-yang as well as blood stasis,and the treatments vary at different stages of menstrual cycle.Promoting blood circulation and regulating qi is emphasized during menstruation,and nourishing kidney-yin and warming kidney-yang combined with activating blood is the key therapeutic method after menstruation by using＂Jiuliu Banlong Decoction＂to stimulate and induce ovulation;after that period Chinese patent medicine should be used to soothe liver-qi,invigorate spleen and cultivate kidney.
