小青龙合剂治疗支气管哮喘72例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of"Xiaoqinglong Mixture"in Treating Bronchial Asthma in 72 Cases

目的观察小青龙合剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将145例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组;对照组73例给予氨茶碱缓释片治疗,观察组72例给予小青龙合剂和氨茶碱缓释片治疗,两组疗程均为3周。观察两组近期疗效、主要临床症状和体征改善情况、肺功能FEV_1改善情况、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的变化。结果观察组的近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组主要临床症状和体征均有明显改善(P<0.05),但组间无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组肺功能FEV_1和嗜酸性粒细胞计数的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小青龙合剂结合氨茶碱缓释片治疗支气管哮喘有良好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of＂Xiaotinglong Mixture＂in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 145 subjects were randomized into two groups：control group in which 73 cases were treated with Theophylline and treatment group in which 72 cases were treated with Theophylline and＂Xiaotinglong Mixture＂,with a course of 3 weeks.The near-term effect,clinical symptoms and signs,FEV1 and EOS were observed.Results The near-term effect was better in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.01）;the clinical symptoms and signs were obviously improved in both groups,but with no difference between two groups（P〉0.05）;FEV1 and EOS count were reduced in both groups（P〈0.05）,with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined theophylline and＂Xiaotinglong Mixture＂is quite effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
