摘要
通过分析临床治疗有效的具体案例,探讨泛酸的证治规律及病因病机。泛酸证治与胃痛、胃痞、呕吐等胃病相似;病位主要在胃,并与肝、脾、肠等脏腑有密切的生理病理关系;病因病机主要为饮食停滞、痰湿中阻、肝气犯胃、肝胃郁热、脾胃虚寒等。
This paper presents the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of acid regurgitation in Chinese medicine from clinical practice.It is argued that acid regurgitation locates in the stomach,as well as the liver,spleen and intestine;its pathogenesis includes foods retention,phlegm-dampness accumulation,liver-qi invading stomach, depression heat in the liver and stomach,and spleen-stomach deficiency-cold.
