摘要
利用高效液相色谱法对北五味子不同组织中五味子素含量进行研究。结果表明,北五味子枝蔓中五味子素含量随着蔓龄的增长而明显增加,且主要存在于韧皮部;五味子苗中五味子素含量地下部分高于地上部分,2年生苗五味子素含量高于1年生苗;果实中五味子素主要存在于种子内,家植后果实中五味子素含量比野生条件下明显提高。
The content of Deoxyschizandrin and r-Schizadrin in different tissues of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz) Baill.was determinated by HPLC .The contents of Deoxyschizandrin and r-Schizadrin in the vine of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz) Baill were increasing with years, which is main in the phloem;The contents of under ground part was high than up ground in seedling, which was higher in 2 year's than 1 year's;Deoxyschizandrin and r-Schizadrin was main in seeds, the total amount of effective constituents in the seeds domesticated Schisandra chinensis(Turcz) Baill was higher than wild.
