摘要
"左红三"是从([山-欧)F2×(山-欧)F2]杂交后代中选育。果穗平均重148.5g、果粒重1.46g、可溶性固形物18.9%～25.6%、总酸1.32%～1.46%、出汁率64.2%～71.2%。可酿造干红葡萄酒,酒质好。早熟、生育期134～138d。结果枝率100%,结果系数1.93(个)。6年生树平均每公顷产量19.2～27.7t,3～6年生树每公顷产量5.3～19.3t。抗寒性强、产量和抗病力高。
＂Zuohongsan＂newgrape variety of brewed dry-red grape wine was selected from F2 generation of（Visis Amurensis Rupr.）×（V.vinifera.L.）×（Visis Amurensis Rupr.）×（V.vinifera.L.）×（V.Amurensis Rupr.）.The average cluster weight was 148.5g.The average berry weight was 1.46g.The soluble solid substance was 18.9%～22.9%.The total acid was 1.32%～1.46%.In 134～138days breeding period had fruit brance rate of 100% and the rate fruiting was 1.93.The plants of the average yielding of 6 years was 19.2～27.7tons per hectare and the average yielding of 3～6 years＇ plants was5.3～19.3 tons per hectare.＂Zuohongsan＂wine was high hardy, high yield and high disease-resistance.
