摘要
文章以过程质量管理为基础,介绍了企业战略目标在关键过程上的展开和落实,并就过程质量度量指标选择的原则进行了讨论,强调了要选择少数、关键和易得到的指标进行测量,为企业从数据收集、存储和分析等方面入手建立和持续改善测量系统提供了具体方法和建议。
On the basis of process management, the article introduces how to expand the strategic planning, and discusses the principles of quality index choice on which pivotal and facile indexes should be taken. The article also provides suggestions on collection, store and analysis of data to improve measurement system.
