外国直接投资与越南国内经济增长关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between FDI and Vietnam's Economic Growth

20世纪80年代中期,越南实施"革新开放"的新政策,选择了积极融入世界经济体系和广泛参与经济全球化的发展战略。20余年来,大力吸引外国直接投资成为了越南开展对外经贸合作的重要内容。实证研究表明,外国直接投资极大地促进了越南国内经济的快速增长。在经济全球化风靡的新世纪中,正确引导和优化外国直接投资对进一步有效促进越南国内经济的快速、健康、持续发展具有深远的战略意义。

In the mid - 1980＇ , Vietnam implemented the new policy which was called ＂Doi Mo＂, selecting strategic choice of positive integration into the world economy system and broad participation in economic globalization. More than twenty years, the vigorous measure to attract foreign direct investment has become Vietnam＇s external economic and trade activities, which played an important part. Empirical study further suggests that foreign direct investment in Vietnam has promoted economic growth rapidly. In the new century of economic globalization, guiding and optimizing the foreign direct investment in Vietnam can accelerate a rapid, healthy and sustainable development of economic, which have a great strategic significance.
