龙滩水电站工程从建设向生产运行的平稳过渡

Brief Introduction of Smooth Transition from Project Construction to Production of Longtan Hydropower Station

龙滩水电站2007年5月至2008年12月一期7台700 MW水轮发电机组相继投产发电。在从工程建设向生产运行过渡过程中积极采取措施,克服了无巨型国产化设备运行经验,生产准备时间短等困难,保证了设备投产前期的安全稳定运行。文章总结从工程建设期向生产运行期过渡的经验,供水电建设和生产运行同行借鉴。

From May 2007 to December 2008, seven 70MW hydrogenerator units of tongtan Hydropower Station were put into operation one after another. During transition period from construction to operation, a number of measures were taken to ensure safe and steady operation of units at the early stage of their operation in spite of the lack of experience in large units operation and the short time of production preparation. In this paper, the experience is summed up for reference of hydropower construction and production.
