摘要
把模糊理论引入风险分析,对重大水资源工程的环境风险进行研究,计算各个开发规模方案的环境风险值。在此基础上,综合考虑水资源工程的效益、费用和环境风险,建立了考虑环境风险的开发规模优选模型。作为实例,研究了百色水利枢纽的环境风险,建立并求解了该工程的开发规模优选模型。考虑环境风险后优选出的百色水利枢纽开发规模与工程实际相吻合。
The environmental risk of water conservancy and hydropower project is analyzed based on fuzzy theory in this paper. On this basis, a mathematical model for optimizing developing scale which takes into account benefit, cost and environmental risk is established. Taking the Baise Hydro Complex for example, the environmental risk of the complex is discussed in order to build up a model of this kind for it. Through sensitive analysis on the result, the possibility of this model is proved.
