虫草产品中腺苷和虫草素含量的测定-UPLC检测 被引量:10

摘要 本实验采用超高压高效液相检测法(UPLC)分离测定了多种虫草产品中腺苷和虫草素的含量。在最优化条件下,以ACQUITY UPLC C18为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和水,等度洗脱,上述各组分在4 min内可基本实现基线分离。各组分浓度与峰面积在1~17.5μg/mL范围内呈良好线性,检测下限(S/N=3)分别为0.10μg/mL和0.12μg/mL。采用该方法成功测定了多种虫草产品中腺苷和虫草素的含量。 Adenosine and cordycepin levels in twelve Cordyceps products were successfully determined by Ultrahigh-Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) using an ACQUITY C18 column,with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase.Separation of the two components was achieved within four minutes,and the concentrations of each component showed a linear relationship with the peak area in the range 2~20 μg/mL.Detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.10 μg/mL and 0.12 μg/mL for adenosine and cordycepin,respectively.
