摘要
西津水电厂1号机组技改后的水轮机主轴工作密封采用的是轴向自补偿式密封结构,该结构安装、运行技术条件较高,自投运以来存在漏水过大、密封块偏磨现象,并出现过水淹水导轴承事故。2006年底成功对其进行了技术改造,采用平板橡胶密封结构,运行实践证明此类型密封结构比较适合低水头河床式水电站机组。
After technically transformed, working seal of turbine main shaft of 1# unit at Xijin Hydropower Plant applies an axial self- compensated seal structure. Such structure puts higher requirements on installation and operation. Problems of large leakage and eccentric wear of seal block have been found since the turbine was put into operation, and water guide bearing was ever submerged. Technical transformation was done to the turbine successfully at the end of 2006 by adopting fiat plate rubber seal structure. It has been proved that such seal structure is fitful for unit of hydropower station with low head built in riverbed.
