对我院药事管理工作中的体会

In our hospital pharmacy administration experiences of in the work

目的:为完善我院药事管理的目标,促进我院药学水平的提高。方法:结合我院实际,对我院药品管理的应用进行推理,对现实存在的问题进行分析,并对我院药事管理的问题提出个人的观点与体会。结果与结论:只有药师多与病人、医生接触,减轻和消除药房与临床科室的误会,增强药品管理科在我院的影响力同时确保医疗费用更加经济合理才能保证为临床提供质量可靠的药品,为医院的医疗工作做出应有的贡献。

Objects： To consummate the objects of the administration of medicine and enhance the abilities of pharmic knowledge. Method ： ratiocinate the applications of administration of medicine , analyse the existing problems and bring forward points of view of every people combining with the situations of our academy. Conclusions and results ： Only by contacting more with the patients and doctors , alleviate and eliminate misapprehension between the medicine room and clinical section offices , enhancing the forces of the section of administration of medicine and ensuring reasonable price of medical treatment fee , we can supply medicine of good quality and make our own contribute to our work.
