Study on Commercial Vehicle Fuel Economy Improvement Based on Transmission System Match

基于ADVISOR软件,根据某商用车的测试数据,建立其传动系统模型。利用ADVISOR软件,从已有的可能的传动匹配组合中得到最佳匹配;分析汽车风阻和路阻系数对汽车燃油经济性的影响。企业根据分析结果进行改进,汽车燃油消耗得到降低。

This paper modeles the transmission system of a merchant vehicle based on the software ADVISOR and the test data. By the way of ADVISOR, the best transmission match is got in terms of the fuel economy. The effect of the road rolling and wind resistant coefficient on fuel economy are also studied. The company improves the vehicle according to the analyzing result, and the fuel consumption becomes lower.
