摘要
在传统的汽车钢板弹簧悬架系统与转向系统干涉量校核方法的基础上,提出以"两点法"来确定转向垂臂位置的方法;并根据转向垂臂运动轨迹,以Matlab软件为计算平台,开发精确确定客车转向垂臂位置的应用软件;同时利用多体动力学软件ADAMS/CAR建立仿真模型,验证"两点法"的正确性。
On the basis of traditional checking method of the interference between the leaf springs suspension system and the steering system of vehicles, this article proposes the two points method to determine the position of the pitman arm. Besides, according to the moving track of the pitman arm, using Matlab as the calculation platform, it developes an applied software which can calculate the steering interference accurately. At the same time, it sets up the simulation model by using ADAMS/CAR, a software of multibody system dynamics, and proves the validity of the two points method.
