摘要
分析惯性效应的影响因素和其对高应变检测结果的影响,提出降低惯性效应的原则和措施。
Factors which influence the inertia effect are analyzed and influence cause by the inertia effect is also analyzed in the high strain dynamic testing , then principles and measures are suggested.
