胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜细胞间黏附分子1含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)含量的影响。方法采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以多潘立酮为对照,观察胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和胃黏膜ICAM-1含量的影响。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现明显破损、脱落,黏膜下可见大量炎性细胞浸润,7只大鼠可见不典型增生和肠上皮化生,同时胃黏膜ICAM-1含量(3.69±0.41)ng/gprot与正常组(2.54±0.32)ng/gprot比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均可明显改善实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学,各治疗组ICAM-1含量与模型组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胃炎饮可通过降低ICAM-1含量,减轻胃黏膜的炎症损伤,保护胃黏膜。 Objective To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on Intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1)in gastric mucosa of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats.Methods Experimental bile reflux gastritis rat models were established by feeding self-made reflux liquid.Taking domperidone as control,the effect of Weiyanyin on histopathology of gastric mucosa and the contents of ICAM-1 were observed in experimental bile reflux gastritis rats.Results In model group apparent damage,abscission appeared in rat gastric mucosa,and a great quantity of submucosal inflammatory cell infiltration was seen;atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia were noted in 7 rats.At the same time gastric mucosa ICAM-1 content increased(P〈0.01).As compared with model group,Weiyanyin improved histopathology of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats and decreased ICAM-1 content.Conclusion Weiyanyin can protect the gastric mucosa by lowering ICAM-1 content and reducing inflammatory damage.
