摘要 目的探讨网格化管理模式对全科团队工作的现实意义。方法我中心自2008年开始实施社区卫生服务网格化管理,比较网格化管理实施前后的全科团队的工作量和社区居民的满意度。结果团队成员对网格化管理的认可度达到100%,有98%的团队成员认为网格化管理明显提高了其工作效率,也使其更加清楚本社区的基本情况。实行网格化管理后,全科团队的工作量明显上升;社区居民的满意率明显提高。结论运用网格化管理可以减少团队无效的重复工作,有效提高全科团队的工作质量,提高社区居民的满意度。 Objective To discuss the significance of grid management model in general team work. Methods Grid management in community health services was put into practice in 2008. To compare the work load of general team work and community residents's satisfaction. Results The legitimacy of team members to grid management reached to 100% and 98% of the team members thought that grid management had distinctively improved their working efficiency and they were much clearer about the community. The work load of the general team was noticeably increased after the practice of grid management. Community residents were more satisfied with their work. Conclusion The application of grid management can reduce invalid repetitive work of the team, and has improved the working quality of the general team, as well as community residents satisfaction.
