摘要
寿命周期成本是指产品一次性购置费用与整个产品使用期限内支付的各项费用的总和。在工业产品的选购过程中不仅要考虑产品自身的价格,更应强调在可靠实现用户所需功能的前提下努力寻求最低的寿命周期成本。以采油用井下单螺杆泵为例,在研究并总结了井下采油用螺杆泵结构和运行特点的基础上采用寿命周期成本(LCC)分析法对螺杆泵的寿命周期成本的控制策略进行分析,结合工程实例利用费用-效能分析法对寿命周期成本进行评价。为降低螺杆泵的寿命周期成本以及设备选型提供了理论依据。
Life cycle cost means the summation of product disposable acquisition expenses and general expenses to pay in the whole service life. In the process of industrial products purchasing, we should not only consider the own prices of products, more emphasis should be placed in seeking the lowest life cycle cost under the premise of reliable achieving the function of user requirements. In this paper, underground single screw oil pump as an example, adopt life cycle cost (LCC) analytic method to analyze life cycle cost control strategy of underground single screw pump based on researching and summarizing the structure and performance feature, combining with engineering example to evaluate the life cycle cost by cost -efficiency method. They can be provided as theoretical arguments for reducing life cycle cost and equipments type selection.
