长三角区域产业转移研究

Industrial Shift in Yangtze River Delta——Research and Analysis of Basis on Sunan and Subei Regions

产业区域转移的速度和规模越来越大是近年来长三角经济发展中出现的一个新现象和新趋势。这种现象在苏南和苏北地区之间表现的最为明显。通过调研发现,苏南苏北地区产业转移加速了苏北地区工业化进程和经济发展,促进了苏南地区产业结构升级,但是产业转移过程中也存在苏北地区专业人才缺乏、思想观念落后、苏南地区对产业转移推力不足等问题。这就需要加快改革步伐,推动体制改革,加大政策法规建设力度,发展服务业与提高地区服务水平,创新招商引资方式,大力发展职业教育,以进一步促进长三角产业转移。

The recent great velocity and size of industrial shift between regions is a new phenomenon and trend of economic development in Yangtze River Delta in the past few years. The phenomenon is most evident between Sunan and Subei Region. With thorough investigation, we find that the industrial shift accelerates the industrialization course and economic development in Subei Region, and boosts industry structure removing in Sunan. Meanwhile, there are also some problems, such as lack of professional personnel, the backwardness of thoughts, and the deficiency of advocating industrial shift. To solve these problems, we need to quicken reform stens, and take corresDonding countermeasures.
