张謇研究的历史和现状

History and Present Situation of the Study on ZHANG Jian

学术界对张謇的研究兴趣长久不衰,并从历史学界扩展为政治、经济、文化教育领域,研究层面涉及文、史、哲,以及社会学、人类学、教育学、城市规划,水利农垦、交通运输,乃至戏剧、美术、医学、慈善等诸多方面,取得了累累硕果。近百年来张謇研究约分三个阶段:张謇在世时至逝世后研究张謇的工作即已展开,抗日战争爆发至1949年期间,陷入停滞不前的状态;二十世纪50-60年代张謇研究才进入了一个新阶段,但1966年以后张謇研究被迫中断十年之久;改革开放三十年来,张謇研究也得以迅速恢复和发展,进入一个有组织,有系统,多学科,多层面空前繁荣和发展的阶段。

There has been a long tradition for scholars to conduct researches of ZHANG Jian, and these researches range from political, economic, and cultural to educational fields. Meanwhile, these researches covers fields like literature, history, philosophy, sociology, anthropology, education, civil planning, water resources, farming, transportation, drama, arts, medication, and charity. The process of study on ZHANG Jian falls into three phrases. The first phrase originated from before and after his death, and halted after the Anti-Japanese War. The 1950s and 1960s witnessed the secondphrase of the study, but they study was held up for 10 years after 1966. Since 1978, the study on ZHANG Jian has prospered, and it enters a new stage of systematic, scientific and multi- disciplinary researches.
