心理支持治疗在不孕不育中的作用

The effect of the psychological supporting therapy in the infertility

目的了解不孕不育患者的心理和精神障碍,探讨对其心理支持的治疗。方法把80对不孕不育患者随机分成两组,应用症状自评量表(Scl-90)进行评分,对治疗组出现的心理和精神障碍给予心理支持。结果两组患者治疗前进行评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗组在心理支持治疗后3个月、6个月评分与治疗前比较均有明显差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。对照组治疗后无改变。治疗组怀孕率高于对照组,两组比较,3个月、6个月均有明显差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论不孕不育患者临床上出现或多或少不同的心理障碍,心理支持是有效的、有必要的。

Objective To study the psychological and mental disorders of infertility patients and the effect of psychological supporting therapy. Methods 80 pairs of infertility with the application of SCL （ Scl - 90） to score were randomly divided into two groups. The patients with psychological and mental disorders in the treatment group were under psychological support. Results There was significant difference between the score of the patients under psychological supporting therapy 3 - month, 6 - month after and that of prior treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 01 ）. While there was no difference of the score in the control group before and after the treatment（P 〉0. 05）. Pregnancy rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of patients in control group. Conclusion It was so effective and necessary of psychological supporting therapy just as the infertility with different degrees of mental disorders.
