妊娠期高血压疾病预测和预防的研究现状

Recent research on prediction and prevention of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy

妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病,我国的患病率大约为9.4%,国外报道为7%～12%,该病及其并发症严重影响产妇及胎儿、新生儿的生命健康,产科学者们致力于该病的预测与预防的研究,以早期预测,早期干预,降低母婴的发病率及病死率。现对近年来妊娠期高血压疾病的预测预防方面的研究现状综述如下。

Objective It was the unique disease in pregnancy of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy （HDP） that incidence was about 9.4% in China and the incidence ranged between 7% and 12% reported abroad. The disease and its complications seriously influenced maternal and fetal life and health of the newbern and obstetric scholars had been committing to the studies for prediction and prevention of the disease in order to early predict and early intervene, to reduce morbidity and mortality of matemals and infants. The studies on the prediction and prevention of HDP in recent years were reviewed.
