大豆皂甙对大鼠血脂代谢及血浆TXA_2和PGI_2的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察大豆皂甙对高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠血浆前列腺素I2(prostacyclin I2,PGI2)和血栓素A2(thromboxane A2,TXA2)水平的影响,为防治高脂血症提供实验依据。方法50只SD成年大鼠,随机分为5组:正常饲料组、高脂饲料组、实验Ⅰ组、实验Ⅱ组和实验Ⅲ组,每组10只,饲养8周,分别于实验的中、末期处死动物,测定大鼠血中脂质PGI2、TXA2的含量。结果大豆皂甙能显著抑制高脂饲料诱导的大鼠血浆甘油三酯、总胆固醇、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及TXA2升高,同时显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论大豆皂甙具有明显的降血脂、抗血小板聚集和血管扩张的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of soyasapoins on levels of thromboxane A2(TXA2)and prostaglandin I2(PGI2)in plasma of rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods Fifty SD juvenile rats were randomly and evenly divided into five groups:normal diet(ND),high-fat diet(HFD),HFD supplemented respectively with 0.05 mg/100 g soyasapoins(experimentⅠ)or 0.10 mg/100 g soyasapoins(experimentⅡ)or 0.15 mg/100 g soyasapoins(experiment Ⅲ).After eight weeks of feeding,the rats were sacrificed for detection of the levels of lipid,TXA2, and PGI2. Results The blood triglycerol, total cholesterol, VLDL-C, LDL-C and TXA2were significantly lower in experiment Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups than those in HFD group, but the concentration of HDL-C increased significantly in the supplemented group (F= 109. 163, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Soyasapoins can decrease blood-lipids, and has the effects of anti-platelet aggregation and prevention of atherosclerosis.
