摘要
目的探讨运动单位数目测定(motor unit number esti mation,MUNE)对糖尿病周围神经病(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的诊断价值。方法采用上海海神公司NDI-200P+型肌电图诱发电位仪对186例DPN患者进行神经传导速度(nerve conduction velocity,NCV)测定和MUNE,同时对102例健康人进行MUNE。结果对照组:MUNE值在性别和侧别均无显著性差别;②DPN患者,临床和神经传导检测显示有运动受损者,MUNE值显著低于年龄匹配健康人群的正常值;临床和神经传导检测仅有感觉异常者,MUNE值在正常范围。结论MUNE无创、简便、省时、痛苦小,对运动受损的DPN有独到的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic signification of motor unit number estimation(MUNE)in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods One hundred and eighty-six DPN patients and 102 healthy volunteers were investigated by the NDI-200P+,in which the values of MUNE of muscle and conventional nerve conduction studies(NCS)were determined.Results ①In the controls,there was no statistically significance(P>0.05)of MUNE between sexes and sides.②In DPN,when clinical examination and nerve conduction showed impaired motor fibers, the MUNE values were significantly reduced compared with the controls; however when clinical examination and nerve conduction revealed only impaired sensory fibers, the MUNE values were in normal range. Conclusion MUNE test was a non-invasive,simple and fast way to identify the motor function loss, and it could serve as a sensitive mean for early diagnosis of DPN with impaired motor fibers.
