腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药物情况分析

Analysis of Prophylactic Use of Antibacterials with Gallbladder Resection by Laparoscope

目的了解客观评价我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防性使用抗菌药物的情况。方法随机抽取我院2008年1至5月100例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的出院病历,统计分析术前、术中、术后使用抗菌药物的品种,给药疗程,联合用药及手术时间。结果抗菌药物使用率为100%,其中预防性抗菌药物使用率27%,术后抗菌药物使用率100%,术中患者无使用抗菌药物。预防性使用抗菌药物术前平均2.8d,术后平均疗程4.7d。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防性使用抗菌药物存在用药特征把握不严、用药种类选择不当、预防用药时间不对、用药疗程过长等问题,需加强抗菌药物使用规范化。

Objective To recognize and analyze the prophylactic use of antibacterials for the patients with gallbladder resection by laparoscope. Methods One hundred surgical cases with gallbladder resection by laparoscope in Jiangyin People＇ Hospital from January to May 2008 were selected randomly for the statistical analysis on the kinds of pre-, during and post-operative antibacterials, course of treatment, combination and operative time. Results The usage of antibacterials was 100%. The rate of prophylactic use of antibacterials was 27% and the post-operative usage was 100%. There was no example during the operations. The average course of treatment of prophylactic use was 2.8 d and that of post-operation was 4.7 d. Conclusion There are some problems in the prophylactic use of antibacterials for the patients with gallbladder resection, including the kinds and characteristics of antibacterials, usage time and longer course of treatment. It is very important to strengthen the standardized administration of prophylactic antibacterials.
