抗障Ⅱ号对白内障肾虚证动物模型作用的实验研究

LABOROTARY STUDY ON KANGZHANG II ON GUINEA PIG WITH CATARACT BELONGED TO DEFICIENCY OF KIDNEY

本文以8％半乳糖生理盐水豚鼠眼球后注射及口服甲状腺素制成白内障肾虚证动物模型,观察抗障Ⅱ号对其作用。结果表明用药组豚鼠晶体混浊程度较模型组明显减轻,抗障Ⅱ号作用优于地黄丸组。抗障Ⅱ号及地黄丸组均可明显降低模型动物血中LPO含量,升高SOD活力,用药组与正常组比较无差异(P>O.05);且可明显降低豚鼠眼晶体LPO含量,升高SOD活性及GSH-P_x活性,用药后与正常组无差异(P>0.05);抗障Ⅱ号作用优于杞菊地黄丸组。由此说明滋补肝肾中药抗障Ⅱ号对老年白内障有较好疗效,其作用机理可能与抑制脂质过氧化,提高抗氧化酶活性有关。

The paper reported the observation on the effect of Kangzheng fl on guinea pig with cataract belonged to deficiency ot kidney which modelled by injecting 8 % galactonic NS post - ocular and oral tetraiodothyrorinte. The results showed that the phacoscotas mus of group with KangzJumg II was slighter than that of model group, the effect was better than that of dihuang pill, Kangzhang II could significantly low LPO content and raise SOD activity in blood of guinea pig with cataract, significandy low LPO content and raise SOD and G. H - Rt activity in crystalloid of guinea pig with cataract , there was no difference between the group with kangzhang II and normal ( P > 0.05 ) , the effect of kangzhang H was better than that of dihang pill All these suggested that kangzhang II which could nourish liver and tonify kidney, could treat senile cataract effectively ,its mechanism maybe inhibit lipid peroxide and raise the activity of antioxidase
