猪苓汤含药血清对体外培养k562及PG细胞nm23基因表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨猪苓汤抗癌抑制转移的作用机制。方法采用血清药理学方法,以不同浓度含药血清孵育体外培养人肿瘤细胞系,通过流式细胞仪检测不同浓度血清药物组对肿瘤转移抑制基因的表达情况。结果猪苓汤含药血清可显著提高肺癌高转移株PG肿瘤转移抑制基因的表达,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与顺铂+正常血清组相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05),白血病细胞株k562猪苓汤含药血清对nm23表达影响不大,与正常组比较无显著性差异。结论猪苓汤对高转移肺癌的转移属性具有一定的调节作用,可抑制肿瘤转移,改善肿瘤预后。 Objective To explore the mechanism of umbellate fungus decoction on anticancer and metastatic inhibition. Methods Serum pharmacodynamics method was used and human tumor cells were cultured in vitro with the serum of different drug concentrations contained. Flow cytometer was applied to determine the expression of tumor metastatic inhibition gene in the serum drug of different concentrations. Results Umbellate fungus decoction - contained serum improved significantly the expression of tumor metastatic inhibition gene of high metastatic cells(PG) in high - metastatic lung cancer, indicating significant difference in comparison with blank control group( P 〈0.01 )and cisplatin group( P 〈 0.05 ). Umbellate fungus decoction - contained serum had less impact on nm23 expression in leukocythemia cell ( k562 ), indicating no significant difference compared with blank group. Conclusion Umbellate fungus decoction regulates the metastatic property of high - metastatic lung cancer,inhibits tumor metastasis and improves the prognosis of tumor.
