血浆脂蛋白(a)与冠心病的相关性研究

Relevant Research between Plasma Lipoprotein α and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨血浆脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]与冠心病的相关性。方法选择经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者(冠心病组)141例,正常者对照者(正常组)17例,测定LP(a)浓度。结果冠心病组LP(a)浓度明显高与正常组(P<0.01);心肌梗死LP(a)浓度明显高与UAP及SAP(P<0.01);病变2支和3支LP(a)浓度明显高与病变1支(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论LP(a)升高是冠心病的一个危险因素,有必要及时监测及干预。

Objective To discuss the relevance between plasma lipoprotein （a） [ LP （a） ] and coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods Confirmed by coronary arteriography,141 cases of coronary heart disease were selected（ CHD group） ;17 cases of normal persons were selected as normal control group（ normal group）. LP（a） concentration was determined. Results The concentration of LP（a） in CHD group was higher apparently than that in normal group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The concentration of it in myocardial infarction was higher obviously compared with that in unstable angina pectoris and stable angina pectoris （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The concentrations of LP（a） in branch 2 and branch 3 were higher obviously than that in branch 1 （ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The increase of LP（a） concentration is one risk factor of CHD. It is necessary to provide monitoring and intervention on it.
