卡贝缩宫素预防和治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Carbetocin in Prevention and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的观察卡贝缩宫素预防和治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床疗效。方法45例有PPH倾向的患者随机分为两组,对照组23例使用缩宫素,观察组22例术中预防性使用卡贝缩宫素,比较两组术中及术后24h出血情况。结果对照组有效16例,无效7例;治疗组有效20例,无效2例。观察组产后出血发生率、术中及产后24h出血量均明显优于对照组。结论卡贝缩宫素用于预防及治疗产后出血有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of carbetocin in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 45 cases with the tendency of postpartum hemorrhage were randomized into two groups. 23 cases in control group were treated with oxytocin and 22 cases in observation were applied with carbetocin during the operation for prevention. Hemorrhage was observed during and 24h after operation in two groups. Results In control group, 16 cases were effective and 7 cases failed. In observation group,20 cases were effective and 2 cases failed. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and bleeding volume during and 24h after operation in observation group were all superior apparently to those in control group. Conclusion Carbetocin is effective significantly in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
