气管插管全麻术中持续监测呼气末二氧化碳对维持呼吸道通畅的意义 被引量:2

摘要 通过对70例气管插管全麻术中进行持续ETCO2监测病例的观察、分析,认为在气管插管全麻术中持续的ETCO2监测较优于SpO2、呼出潮气量等其他监测方法,具有发现气管导管扭曲、堵塞、脱管、导管移位、呼吸环路脱开等呼吸道不畅更加及时、准确的优点。因而对于气管插管全麻,尤其是术中无呼出气潮气量监测,麻醉者远离病人头部的气管插管全麻术中及时发现、处理呼吸道不畅,维持病人呼吸道通畅。
