基于无旋转自由度壳单元的回弹预测方法

摘要 针对板料成形模拟与回弹模拟周期较长,需要准备的数据量大,难以应用于早期产品设计阶段的不足,提出了一种快速回弹预测方法.该方法基于有限元逆算法快速评估冲压件的成形性,采用无旋转自由度壳单元计算板料回弹,这种壳单元每个节点只有3个位移自由度,计算量少,并修正了该单元在空间情况下的转角变换系数,有效地提高了板料回弹的模拟速度.以Numisheet′05考题中的汽车底盘横梁为例,将计算结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了算法的可行性与精确性. A fast springback analysis method with less input data preparation is proposed,in which the formability of the stamping part is predicted based on the inverse approach firstly,and springback is calculated by rotation-free shell element only with three degrees of free per node.The rotation angle coefficient in the element formulation was updated.The springback analysis method can be used in the preliminary design stage with high calculation efficiency.The cross member of Numisheet′05 is presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the springback analysis method with the experimental result.
