盐酸格拉司琼胃漂浮型缓释片的体外释药机制研究

Research on the vitro release mechanism in granisetron hydrochloride intragastric floating sustained release tablets

目的对研制的盐酸格拉司琼胃漂浮缓释片进行体外释放度研究。方法通过测定盐酸格拉司琼释放度,进行释放机制及影响因素研究。结果盐酸格拉司琼胃漂浮缓释片体外释放曲线符合一级动力学方程和Higuchi方程。结论该制剂有缓释作用,初步达到了设计要求。

Objective Research on the Vitro Release Property in Granisetron Hydrochloride Intragastric Floating Sustained Release Tablets. Methods Research release mechanism and influent factors of granisetron Hydrochloride by means of measuring its release rate. Results The in vitro release curve of granisetron Hydrochloride intragastric floating sustained release tablets coincides with first order kinetics equation and Higuehi equation. Conclusion This preparation has the characters of sustained release, reaches requirement of design.
