高效液相色谱法测定制痂酊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination method for berberine hydrochloride in ZhiJia wine preparation by HPLC

目的建立制痂酊中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Shim-Pack CLC ODS C18柱,乙腈-0.05%磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至3)(28:72)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果盐酸小檗碱线性范围为20.9～104.5mg.L-1,平均回收率为98.54%,RSD为1.51%(n=5)。结论该方法简便,结果准确,可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective To establish an assay method for Berberine Hydrochloride in ZhiJia wine preparation with HPLC. Methods Shim - pack CLC ODS C18 was packed in the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.05% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution （PH3） （28：72） and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results The standard curve of Berberine Hydrochloride was Linear over the range of 20.9 - 104.5mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 98.54% with RSD 1.51% （n=5）. Conclusion This method was found to be simple and accurate. The experiments will supply reference methods for analysis of con-centration and quality control.
