加工贸易企业生产控制方式是企业转型升级的基础,它不仅同加工贸易方式有关,更与所有制性质有关。从全国加工贸易发展模式看,存在着苏州模式、东莞模式和晋江模式,其中以苏州模式为主,由此基本决定了加工贸易企业的转型路径,但是也并不排斥拥有销售权的民营企业在加工贸易转型升级中的作用。

The way of production control in the processing trade,not only relating to the trade method,but also to the nature of ownership,is the basis of enterprise′s transition and upgrading. There are Suzhou model,Dongguan model and Jinjiang model,predominantly the first one,in the processing trade throughout the country,which fundamental decides the transition and upgrading path of enterprises. We,however,can not neglect the role of private enterprises with the right to sale in the processing trade when considering the enterprise′s transition and upgrading.
