此次全球性金融和经济危机使中国外贸面临外需下降、全球贸易保护主义抬头带来的新的调整压力,在危机条件下,连续多年出口快速增长的局面已发生逆转。中国外贸的发展既要充分估计国际经济环境的复杂性和严峻性,深刻认识保持中国外贸平稳较快发展的重要性和艰巨性,又要正确认识到有利条件和积极因素,不断完善政策,加快结构调整和技术创新步伐,加强抵御外部风险能力,努力化解和应对外部冲击。

The development condition of China′s foreign trade has changed because of the decline in outside demand. and the rise of trade protectionism under the circumstance of global financial crisis. The paper analyses the China's foreign trade situation and then researches the development strategy. Considering the complexity and stern of the financial crisis China should take the measures to adjust its trade structure and promote technological innovation in order to deal with the exterior impact effectively in opening economy.
