摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,异丙醇(IPA)为相对分子质量调节剂,制得丙烯腈(AN)/醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)/甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)三元共聚物。结果表明:当AN:VAc质量比为88:12,MAS,AIBN,IPA质量分数(相对于单体总质量)分别为0.43%,1%,2%,聚合温度78℃条件下,可获得粘均相对分子质量为6.76×104的AN-VAc-MAS三元聚合物。
The ternary compolymer of acrylonitrile (AN)/vinylacetate (VAc)/methylacrylsulfonate (MAS) was prepared with azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator and isopropanol (IPA) as a relative molecular mass regulator via solution copoly-merization. The results showed that the AN-VAc-MAS ternary copolymer with the relative molecular mass of 6.76×10^4 can be obtained under the conditions as followed: AN-VAc mass ratio 88:12, 0.43% MAS, 1% AIBN and 2% IPA of the total monomers by mass fraction, polymerization temperature 78℃.
